In the next few months, you will start to see the unfolding of our brand identity and a clearer understanding of the behaviors across each value, which ties in to developing a new culture here at ADEK.

You will also start to see changes with the environment you currently work in by having more open and creative spaces that will stimulate collaboration and thinking outside the box but also spaces that will help you relax and re-energize! These are all elements and enablers to create a successful working environment to achieve our mission and ultimately our vision.
