Form 3: Image & Media Appearances Use

During your child’s time in Rize Enrichment Programs, staff may wish to take photographs and/or video footage of activities that involve your child. These images may be used in press releases, videos, and news announcements, brochures or other printed publications that Abu Dhabi Department of Education and Knowledge (ADEK), may produce, ADEK’s website and social media profiles, or in any platform that ADEK will deem necessary, appropriate, and beneficial for advertising the program. Photography or filming will only take place with the permission of ADEK and will involve appropriate supervision.

ADEK requests your permission to photograph or record your child for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to have your child photographed or recorded, please sign the appropriate lines below. Please note that this may result in your child not being able to be able to participate in some program events.

Conditions of use:

• 1. This form is valid for the period of time your child is enrolled in the Rize Enrichment Programs.
• 2. ADEK may use personal details or names of any student in group photos on marketing collateral or social media.
• 3. ADEK may decide to profile individual students, at which time their names will be published, either in marketing collateral or social media. ADEK will only publish this information with prior approval from the student and his or her legal guardians.
• 4. ADEK will not use potentially embarrassing or distressing images, and images will not be associated with distressing or sensitive issues.
• 5. ADEK will only use images of students who are suitably dressed
